About Ability Bridge
Ability Bridge Support Services is a Brisbane-based disability support team built around a simple belief: good support should feel respectful, reliable and genuinely personal.
We work alongside participants, families and support networks—not over them. Your preferences, culture, communication style and goals guide how support is planned and delivered.
See how we workWhat you can expect
Quality support is more than completing a task. It is about listening, communicating and helping you remain in control of your own life.
Start a conversationYour goals, routines and preferences shape the support. We check in and adjust when your needs change.
Trust grows through consistency. We focus on respectful relationships, clear expectations and reliable follow-through.
With your consent, we work constructively with families, support coordinators and other people in your support network.
Our service approach prioritises worker screening, training, respectful practice, privacy and a genuine willingness to hear feedback.
Getting started
No pressure and no confusing process. We start by understanding what good support looks like for you.
Call, email or send an enquiry. A family member or support coordinator can also contact us with your permission.
We talk through your goals, routine, preferences, funding arrangement and the support you are looking for.
If we are the right fit, we agree on the details, complete the service arrangements and organise a suitable start.
